This video has been viewed over 6 million times on YouTube. I have been using it for a very long time and am so happy I found this video on YouTube. This is a great introduction to the concepts of the brainwave states and how they can be used to help with meditation.
The video is presented by a team of neuroscientists and neuropsychologists who use these brainwaves to explain how the brain responds to meditation. They explain that you can use your brainwave state to “nudge yourself” in a certain direction (i.e. to take a deep breath before beginning meditation or to focus on something else while meditating).
I can’t speak for cctpl, but I love the concept of brainwave states. When I feel stress, I feel my breathing start to change. This can manifest itself in a number of ways. I can start to feel my chest expand up and my heart start to race. I can feel my limbs tense, and I can feel my stomach grow. This is actually a very powerful state for me.
Brainwave states are one of those things that when they happen I start to feel great. It’s like a high that I can’t explain. It just happens without me thinking about it. It’s completely within the realm of my conscious awareness, and I can choose to be aware of it. In the same way, I can choose to be in a state of high alertness and focus on something. It’s just not something I can explain.
Brainwave states are often described as an ‘aura’, an energy that emanates from a person, or a place, or in our case, an internet game. They are a state of being, or an emotion, or an ability that a person has. Although often described in the context of people, they are basically a state. They are not a ‘thing’ that is separate from the person.
I don’t necessarily believe that all people have a brainwave, or that everyone’s brainwave is equivalent. I think we all have our own unique brainwave, but its basically a state of being. But the state doesn’t last long enough to be a state, or a thing. It’s an energy that is constantly fluctuating and flowing, and constantly changing. Brainwaves are only one of a myriad of mental and emotional states that occur when we’re awake.
If you want to be an expert about brainwaves, then you are the expert, but they are a highly misunderstood and over-hyped term. I think the best way to explain them to you is that you are constantly feeling and experiencing.
Brainwaves are a super simple visual representation of a person’s brain functioning. Brainwaves are a very basic state of mind and are something that can be very hard to measure. Brainwaves are created when energy and neurons in our brains send and receive brainwaves.

By looking at these brainwaves, we can see what actually happens when a person becomes an expert at brainwave science. In this way, we can understand how the brain works.
