I dont know about the drama version. If anything it kinda made me feel like the series had to be better written. It wasnt even made.

I’m in the same boat as you. I did not see a single movie in theaters about Sathuranga Veettai 2. My wife and I watched it on Netflix, and I think she really enjoyed it. It may have been a critical and commercial flop, but was we not spoiled by all of the hype? I doubt any of us saw any of the episodes that were released.
