This article is by no means an endorsement of the skateboarding industry as a whole, nor a rant against skateboarders as a whole. I think it is an interesting and informative read on how we can make our own skateboarding better, and the different ways it can be taught.
Well, I’ll admit, I am a huge fan of skateboarding, and the way it has been “invented” by the skate industry. Not because I’m a skateboarder, or even a big skate fan. I love the way skateboarding has come to be more than just a sport. I look at it as a very personal art that I’ve always admired.
